The DXL Rewards Club program is ending to make way for a new and exciting customer focused program with expanded benefits, launching soon.  If you’re on our email list, you’ll be the first to know!

The last day to earn points will be November 16, 2024.  After that, purchases will no longer accumulate points under the current loyalty program.

Any points remaining in your account after November 16, 2024 will be forfeited. You can still use any available rewards certificates through their expiration.  The last date to use reward certificates is January 22, 2025, but yours may expire earlier based on their issue date.  Check your certificates for the specific expiration date.

Yes, you can redeem your reward certificate(s) through the expiration date on each reward certificate.  Once certificates expire, they’re no longer available for use.

Your account will remain active through mid-January 2025.  After January 22, 2025 no reward certificates will be redeemed through the loyalty program. You will, however, continue to receive updates and offers from us through email.

We’ll let you know as soon as our new and improved program is available!

Any birthday rewards points will be available until November 16, 2024. After that, the loyalty program benefits, including these special rewards, will no longer be offered.

We will send out reminders via email as the expiration date approaches, so be sure to check your inbox for updates on when your points must be used. You can also check your rewards points and available certificates status any time by logging into your rewards dashboard on DXL.com or through our mobile app.

No, enrollment will not be automatic.  When the new Loyalty program is launched, customers will be invited to join the new program, which we hope you will join.
