Please allow 5-7 days for Rewards Certificates to arrive via email.

DXL Rewards points are earned on merchandise purchases made within the U.S. in stores or online at DXL.com.  (to be delivered domestically within the Continental U.S. Points will not be issued for gift card purchases and cannot be applied to tax, alteration, or delivery fees.

Once your points have converted to dollar rewards, you cannot reverse that action. Dollar rewards cannot be returned in exchange for points added back into your total balance. Dollar rewards also cannot be exchanged for rewards of different values. Once you apply a dollar reward to your total at checkout, these points cannot be un-applied. The points you used on any canceled, partially canceled, or returned items will be deducted from your DXL Rewards points balance. These points are non-refundable.

Eligibility for program tiers is calculated on a rolling basis. You have twelve months from the date of enrollment to meet our spend thresholds in each Tier (Classic $0-$499 spend, Premium $500-$1,249 spend, and Elite over $1,250 spend) and then another twelve months from that date to meet the next threshold, and so on.

Please allow 5 business days for points to be applied to your DXL Rewards account.
